The role
We have big plans for Tomorrow. Our vision: Establish sustainable finance at the heart of society. That's a hell of a lot of work - so let's get started.
As a member of the CRM team, you will help us to bring the activation and loyalty of our customers to a new level. With your CRM campaigns, you will accompany our customers in every phase of their customer journey, creating a special product experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- CRM ownership & strategy: You take ownership of defined CRM focus areas – from prioritization and stakeholder alignment to executing targeted, data-driven communication strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: As a CRM expert, you work in an interdisciplinary team on company-wide initiatives and feature launches, developing and implementing strategic communication concepts for key customer journeys.
- Project ownership & development: You independently drive CRM projects based on data insights, customer needs, or business opportunities, and shape the strategic evolution of the CRM domain end-to-end.
- Automation & journey building: You design and implement scalable, automated customer journeys and multichannel communication flows (email, push, in-app) with complex trigger logic.
- Experimentation & optimization: You formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and continuously improve campaigns while documenting insights and key metrics.
- Quality & tooling: You ensure quality assurance, testing, and issue management in Braze, and coordinate technical improvements with engineering teams and external partners.
- Operational excellence: You act as a point of contact for support and ad hoc communication, as well as email reputation management.
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience & background: You have completed a degree or vocational training and bring several years of experience in a similar role.
- Strategic mindset: You think strategically and are eager to dive into complex product topics, developing CRM as a key business lever.
- CRM platform expertise: You have strong hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including tracking, trigger logic, and automated journeys.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders, and enjoy coordinating interdisciplinary projects.
- Data & experimentation skills: You are experienced in data analysis, A/B testing, and translating insights into actionable outcomes for different audiences.
- Subscription & retention knowledge (plus): Ideally, you have worked with subscription models and retention/engagement strategies, preferably in a mobile (app) environment.
- AI curiosity & learning mindset: You bring a strong willingness to learn, experience with generative AI, and a keen interest in unlocking its potential.
- Communication skills: You communicate confidently in both German and English.
- Mission alignment: You believe in our vision and are excited to bring it to life together with us.
