As an EU Marketing Intern, you will support the definition, development, and deployment of the marketing strategy & activation plans across EU markets. Working closely with senior stakeholders (Product, Communication, and Local Markets), you will gain hands-on experience in strategic marketing, brand development, and local activation in a fast-paced, international environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to understand how marketing strategies are built at EU level and translated into impactful local execution.
Your role and impact
1. Strategy & Planning
- Contribute to the development of the EU marketing strategy through data analysis and market insights
- Support the translation local growth priorities into local activations plans
- Competitive benchmark & analysis
2. Brand Adoption & Development (Below-the-line)
- Develop a strong understanding of key accounts’ challenges, customer behaviors, needs, and buying drivers
- Work on brief and collaborate with the global comm’ team to strengthen our messages and support the development of below-the-line marketing assets
- Assist in developing assets or to the localization of assets and tools to drive brand’s adoption
3. Deployment & Local Market Support
- Actively support local markets in executing impactful marketing initiatives aligned with their growth levers, priorities, and challenges (such as Joint account events, Local events, sponsorship, etc...)
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Analyze the performance of local marketing initiatives and assess ROI and success factors
- Best practices case building and sharing with key internal stakeholers
About you
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- A first professional experience in marketing is a strong plus
- Strong interest in strategic and operational marketing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance indicators
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on multiple projects
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; marketing or analytics tools are a plus
