The
ERP Business Transformation Partner acts as the business owner for our major transformation initiatives. You bring strong business understanding and ensure that:
- Business drivers are fully integrated into future solutions
- Implementations are steered with the right priorities and delivered on time
- Processes are optimized end-to-end across the organization
Your role and impact
- Represent the sponsor and act as Business Owner across ERP (Infor M3) projects.
- Partner closely with business leads (Customer Excellence, Operations and Finance) to align business, financial, and operational elements.
- Define business cases, expected outcomes, and KPIs with clear measurement criteria.
- Challenge constructively and provide options that support optimal cross-functional design.
- Collaborate with the CTO and PMO to assess financial impact, costs, and benefits.
- Ensure project success in terms of deliverables, scope, timing, and cost.
- Safeguard scope and business priorities across all workstreams.
- Identify critical milestones, interdependencies, and business events that may affect delivery.
- Project Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design, develop, implement, test, and deploy new requirements.
- Define the ERP roadmap and participate in technology selection.
- Define business requirements and train key users.
- Change Management (ADKAR)
- Build awareness of the program’s strategic importance.
- Mobilize stakeholders and ensure adequate resourcing.
- Support knowledge-building and training activities for Key Users and end‑users.
- Validate organizational readiness for new processes and systems.
- Leverage a Key User structure to support continuous improvement.
- Your Responsibilities
- Transform a business vision into a business value-added solution
- Validate solution design, data migration, and test scenario completeness.
- Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders (3PLs, banks, customers, vendors).
- Lead the Key User team and escalate to C‑level as needed.
- Support go/no‑go decisions and benefit realization.
- Provide structured reporting to the CTO and PMO.
About you
- 7+ years of experience in strategic project roles, including major ERP transformations (M3 experience is a strong plus).
- Previous business functionnal experience
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze ROI and cost–benefit impacts.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills in complex B2B environments.
- Understanding of logistics, sales, finance, supply chain, and partner-driven business models.
- Strong project governance and process implementation abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to unite diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional EU languages are an asset.
