Your Experience

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 2–3 years of experience in a leading strategy consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.) and exposure to digital or growth projects in manufacturing or tech industries.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with a knack for turning insights into actionable solutions.
• A passion for leveraging data-driven experimentation to optimize user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, creative, and self-sufficient mindset.
