Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging candidates to facilitating a seamless hiring experience;
Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to understand the organization’s needs; align on role requirements and provide consulting expertise related to external market trends, general recruitment practices and candidates;
Define the most appropriate sourcing strategy, channels and social media to identify and attract the most talented people (passive or active sourcing);
Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote the jobs;
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies and approach top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and create / maintain diverse talent pools for current and future hiring needs;
Manage the selection process, including screening applications, assessment of candidates, conduction of interviews and final candidate selection with the Hiring Manager;
Give feedback to candidates all along the recruitment process;
Represent Airbus at job fairs, industry events, internal and external communities and networks to attract high-quality applicants and promote our employer brand;
Promote our commitment to diversity and inclusion through social media, employer branding and internal campaigns;
Develop, plan and execute strategic Talent Acquisition projects, helping to optimize our recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience - project scope can be local, national, transnational, divisional or cross divisional;
Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions and guidance to hiring teams on recruitment process and inclusive recruitment practices;
Deliver results against KPIs and keep your knowledge of relevant legislation up to date.
