Learning & Development
The European Graduate Programme is an intentionally immersive & development focused experience from day one. Your personal and professional development will be enhanced by two exclusive learning programs.
Making of a Champion commences during your first 7 months by bringing you together with graduates from other European countries to participate in specially designed sessions that focus on exploring your potential, effective goal setting, building confidence and developing a winning mindset.
FLEX launches at the beginning of year 2 and aims to provide and develop Skills-for-Change! The corporate world is moving quicker than ever before, and this dedicated programme will equip you with tools to understand, navigate, adapt and thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Both programs focus on core leadership skills and mentalities that we believe will enable you to reach your potential sooner, contribute impactful work, achieve personal goals, and develop successful habits that will hopefully make you one of our future leaders.
All the knowledge and experience you attain will be shared & demonstrated during annual Reflection Showcase Presentations with our Senior Leadership.
At the end of your second assignment, and ultimately, your programme in April 2029, we expect that you will be ready to thrive & take on a new responsibility in either a Local Country team or a Pan European team to further develop your career in Sony Europe in a permanent role.
