Working Student (m/f/d) Marketing Communications and Event Support

Mode of Employment: Fixed Term (15-20 hours / week)

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Marketing Communications and Event Support at our Mannheim or Erlangen locations, you’ll shape tomorrow by bringing your creativity and organizational skills to impactful presentations, events, and communication formats. You'll make an impact by

• You support the team in editing and creating presentations and marketing materials, leveraging your structured approach and strong visual design skills
• You contribute to the organization and coordination of trade fair appearances and events, assisting with the preparation of planning by ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders
• You help to structure content for various marketing and communication formats, simplifying complex topics to make them understandable and tailored to specific target audiences
• You draft texts, review existing content, assisting with translations and contribute to the development of training materials to ensure clear and consistent knowledge transfer

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as Marketing, Communication Studies, Business Administration or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • Initial experience in marketing, communications, event management, or organizing appointments and projects is an advantage
  • You have very good skills in PowerPoint and a strong sense for content structure and visual design
  • You are open to new technologies and passionate about exploring modern tools, such as AI applications, to enhance your daily work
• Ways of Working: You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.
• Languages: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus
