For a large-scale ERP Transformation Program (SAP S/4HANA), our client requires an experienced Migration Lead to assess and optimize the migration approach to secure a stable go-live.

Tasks

• Analyze the existing migration strategy and execution model

• Identify risks, gaps and optimization potential

• Define stabilization measures to secure data readiness

• Align migration planning with cutover and overall program timelines

• Ensure migration governance and transparency

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in SAP data migration environments

• Proven track record in S/4HANA transformation programs

• Strong knowledge of migration frameworks and data validation processes

• Experience in complex enterprise landscapes

• Analytical and risk-oriented mindset

• Fluent in English
