For a large-scale ERP Transformation Program (SAP S/4HANA), our client requires senior turnaround leadership to stabilize and secure the planned go-live.

Tasks

• Lead program turnaround and stabilization activities

• Restructure and optimize program governance and performance

• Increase transparency across delivery streams and dependencies

• Professionalize integrated program planning (incl. surrounding initiatives)

• Establish high-quality reporting structures to identify risks and conflicts early

• Manage stakeholder alignment across business and IT

• Ensure Business Readiness for S/4HanaGo-Live

• Orchestrate collaboration between business units and implementation partner

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs

• Proven track record in ERP / S/4HANA turnaround or stabilization environments

• Demonstrated experience in restructuring complex program governance models

• Strong executive stakeholder management capability

• Experience operating in high-pressure delivery environments

• Ability to combine strategic oversight with operational decisiveness

• Fluent in English
