- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth within the Hardline industry.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to leverage opportunities and foster strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our Hardline solutions, targeting new clients
- Identify and qualify potential leads, nurturing them through the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operation, customer service, technician and other region frontlines, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and exceptional service delivery.
- Create compelling and customized proposals that align with client needs and showcase the value of our TIC solutions.
- Drive sustainable business growth by meeting or exceeding revenue targets set by the company's leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and sustainability practices, incorporating this knowledge into client interactions and solution development.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and expand its client base.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts using Company tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding meeting minutes, sales performance, market insights/analysis, and growth opportunities.
