1.Manage infrastructures (warehouse, forklift, etc.) and resources (manpower, transport company, and transportation resources) necessary for logistics center operation in an optimal state, and discover and perform improvement tasks for efficient operation plan establishment and productivity enhancement according to the materials mobilization plan.
2.Maximize the operational efficiency of logistics resources and enhance customer satisfaction with logistics services by managing the appropriate inventory of the logistics center and establishing a warehousing and shipping plan based on the volume of materials mobilization.Key Responsibilities

1. [Local Transport Execution Management] Check whether the planned vehicles and drivers are ready. In accordance with the arrival schedule for transportation orders, check the vehicle dispatch, departure, and arrival for abnormalities.
2. [Logistics Center Operation Management] Check the preparation status of manpower and facilities compared to the plan, the performance and inventory status management compared to the warehousing and shipping plan, and the management status of facilities and establishments.
3. [Warehousing, Shipping, and Inventory Management] Receive warehousing and shipping orders and inventory movement and VAS work requests of customers, and make preparations for the orders and requests.
4. [Transportation and Delivery Management] Input the departure and arrival information between the customer and the logistics center into the logistics system and prepare/receive necessary documents.
5. [Vehicle Booking Management] Based on the shipper's quantity of goods transported, request a suitable vehicle from a local transport company and allocate the confirmed vehicle.
6. [Logistics Center Management of Exceptions] Receive exceptions occurring at the logistics center and support investigations.
7. [Cargo Tracking / KPI Management ] Carry out location tracking for incoming and outgoing cargo.
8. [Logistics Center Operation Issue Management] Support the collection of current status for response to Logistics center operation issues & accidents.
9. [Logistics Center Outsourced Manpower Management] Prepare a plan for using outsourced personnel.
10. [Logistics Center Equipment/Facility Management] Prepare an equipment/facility maintenance plan based on regulations, manuals, and safety rules.
11. [Management of Logistics Center Consumables] Prepare a plan to purchase/use consumables based on demand.
12. [Deriving Logistics Center Innovation Tasks / Checking Progress] Participate in deriving innovation tasks for cost reduction.
