Intern in HR Analytics - Project and Communication Management (m/f/d)

The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.
This position must be filled from April 2026 for a period of at least 6 months.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participation in exciting international projects in the field of HR Advanced Analytics
• Coordination of interdisciplinary work packages, creation of convincing communication materials, and moderation of global meetings
• Independent handling of work packages in our projects and products as an interface between HR and other departments
• Involvement in diverse project work, such as the implementation of a company-wide HR data model
• Preparation of engaging training and communication materials, including internal blog posts and intranet presentations
• Collaboration with Schaeffler locations worldwide

Your Qualifications

• Studies in the fields of economics, communication sciences, business administration, or a similar discipline, ideally with a focus on business informatics, digital media, or social media communication
• Interest in HR processes and agile working; initial practical experience in project management is a plus
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint, or Viva Engage
• Good communication skills and an affinity for data
• Creative and agile mindset as well as high commitment
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
