Job description

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers.
Own the architecture, development, and operation of our data platform and pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Automate platform operations and streamline data workflows to increase efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
Act as the first point of contact for other data engineering teams on topics like platform usage, data modeling, pipeline design, and general data engineering best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to set standards and champion data engineering excellence across the organization incl. security concepts.
Remain hands-on: Together with your team you will architect, code, review, and deploy critical data infrastructure solutions.
Drive adoption of modern tooling (including GenAI-assisted coding) while applying critical thinking to recommendations and outputs.
