What you'll build

 

In this role, you will drive independently projects as well as contribute to cross-team projects. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Create and continuously improve SharePoint sites that make collaboration intuitive and transparent
• Drive progress on strategic and people focused initiatives through hands on project support
• Bring structure and momentum to team meetings, workshops, and internal events
• Turn data into insights through crisp analysis and engaging visual reports
• Streamline how we work by applying automation and AI to everyday processes

 

What you bring 

 

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• You are confident working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
• You bring presentation and design skills and enjoy creating compelling visuals
• You speak English on a professional level (C1 or higher) and German on conversational level
• First experience in project management is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP tools or other software environments is a plus
• Coming to Walldrof or Berlin office on a regular basis is required (Walldorf preferred)

• You can quickly understand complex topics and translate them into simple, visual concepts (e.g., charts, frameworks, diagrams)

• You are excited about exploring automation and AI tools to simplify work and improve how teams operate

You’ll support us to design, structure, and execute projects that strengthen our workforce, enhance our team culture, and elevate internal collaboration. In addition, you’ll help us embed AI into our day-to-day processes to simplify work, increase efficiency, and enable smarter decision-making across the team. 

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
