Working Student (f/m/d) - Organizational Change Management Specialist for SAP Learning Services

What you´ll build

The working student has the following main tasks:

• Support the digitalization of our organizational change management methodology and service portfolio by using digital tools and platforms. This includes the involvement in development activities for our “AI-assisted user learning and change management app”.
• Support the global standardization and evolution of our organizational change management methodology and service portfolio. Key tasks are research on market trends, the collection of best practices as well as the cooperation with our international network of change management practitioners.
• Support the maintenance of our digital service assets (e.g. consulting toolkit, marketing material, learning courses, certification) by applying quality standards and format guidelines.

Furthermore, the working student will have the opportunity to get insights into the practical work of a change management and training consultant.

What you bring

 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Psychology / Social Science / Education
• A strong interest in organizational change management and people related aspects of digital transformations
• High motivation to learn digital tools (such as Figma) to support our digitalization efforts.
• Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and good knowledge in statistic tools such as R, SPSS, or Amos
• Language skills: Good English and German skills
• Soft Skills: Can do mentality, quick grasp, self-organized
• Minimum of 3 - 4 semesters till end of studies 

Where you belong

Within the organization of SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption the team SAP Learning Services is responsible for ensuring a scalable and profitable delivery of organizational change management and educational consulting services.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
