Develop constructive working relationships with relevant site stakeholders to support productive interactions between patients, sites, Sanofi, and the community.
Activities include:
4. Key Markets and Target Populations

6. Internal Engagement and Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with internal Sanofi stakeholders (Medical Science Liaisons, Local Study Managers, etc.) based on regional structures and ways of working. You will receive guidance on internal coordination processes and stakeholder mapping specific to your region.
7. Support Recruitment and Retention at Local Level
Work closely with Sanofi stakeholders to support sites in identifying potential study participants through community-based and in-office recruitment activities.
8. Site Issue Escalation and Communication
Support monitoring teams in communicating and resolving site issues to improve local quality. Help identify site resource and infrastructure gaps that may impact trial conduct.
9. Best Practices and Lessons Learned
Act as a local liaison and contribute subject matter expertise on clinical trial optimization based on community feedback. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure insights and best practices are documented, communicated, and shared to reduce operational complexities.
Onboarding, Coaching & Development Support
Structured Onboarding: You will receive comprehensive onboarding covering DICT principles, Sanofi's community engagement approach, relevant therapeutic areas, and the European clinical trial landscape. Comprehensive compliance training will be provided covering patient engagement ethics, data protection, and regulatory requirements specific to the German/EU market.

Peer Network: You will connect with the global DICT community of practice to share learnings, challenges, and best practices across regions.
