Track, identify and allocate cash, leasing and lending down payments
Secure reflection of all customer payment statuses within our CRM platform and other relevant systems
Generate and manage sales invoices for all customers
Control, check and approve leasing/loan contracts based on document completion, fulfillment of requirements and bank status
Intense collaboration with the finance team: work hand in hand to ensure timely transactions.
Payment collection combined with a high sense of ownership for Accounts Receivable.
Support other working in area of administration and operations working of sales and networks, as also sales training.
Be responsible for maintain of business data, including reporting to management
Support sales-/networks administration and operations working in leaving of other team members
Your profile
Degree in Economics, Finance or other commercial field, or a comparable qualification,
Minimum 1+ years related experience or similar working experience in Sales Support
Hands-on mindset, able to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to establish external and internal relationships and engage with business stakeholders.
Experience in Automotive sales Operation is highly preferred.
Experience with Salesforce or similar platform is a strong plus
Self-structured and well-organized way of working
German skill on a native level in written and oral.
Have a proficient level of English.
