What you will be doing:

As an Engine Clearance Controller, you will act as the key interface between Project Teams and the Supply Chain. Your primary mission will be to ensure the availability of critical replacement parts, minimizing disruption to customers and driving proactive resolution of supply issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and the supply chain
• Coordinate activities to identify and investigate critical part shortages and future supply hazards
• Drive mitigation actions across the business to reduce customer disruption
• Support the business with informed allocation decisions as the delegated authority of the project teams
• Contribute to the development of effective resolution plans and facilitate root cause analyses to prevent reoccurrence

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in supply chain management, planning, or control
• A solid understanding of demand planning principles and customer order processes
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent English skills are essential; knowledge of additional languages, especially German, is a plus

Das erwartet Sie

Als Engine Clearance Controller sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektteams und Supply Chain. Ihr Ziel: die Verfügbarkeit kritischer Ersatzteile sicherstellen, Risiken zu identifizieren Kundenunterbrechungen minimieren und Lösungen proaktiv vorantreiben.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie sind der Hauptansprechpartner für Projektteams und Supply Chain
• Sie koordinieren Aktivitäten, um kritische Teileengpässe und zukünftige Versorgungsrisiken frühzeitig zu erkennen
• Sie treiben Maßnahmen zur Minimierung von Kundenbeeinträchtigungen voran
• Sie unterstützen fundierte Entscheidungen zur Ressourcenallokation als delegierte Instanz der Projektteams
• Sie entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungsstrategien und führen Ursachenanalysen durch, um zukünftige Engpässe zu vermeiden

Ihr Profil

Für diese Position bringen Sie idealerweise mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im Supply Chain Management, Planung oder Steuerung
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Bedarfsplanung und Kundenauftragsprozessen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, intern wie extern effektiv zu agieren
• Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch sind vorteilhaft; zusätzliche Sprachkenntnisse werden begrüßt
