Technical Customer Success Manager - Italy (m/f/d)

💡 Please note that for this role C2-level Italian proficiency is required.

What You’ll Do ✨

• 🤝 Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities

• 🚀 Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don't need to be an expert directly)

• 💡 Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team

• 🚀 Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat

• 📊 Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team

• 🧠 Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

What Makes You a Great Fit ✅

• 🎯 Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers

• ⚙️ Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering

• 🌱 Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem

• ⚡ Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact

• 🌍 Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Italian and English
