We are a growing B2B SaaS company developing software that helps organizations work with complex information and make better decisions.
To support upcoming product initiatives and growth, we are strengthening our go-to-market and marketing capabilities. For this reason, selected roles are being filled confidentially and further details will be shared during the interview process.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of events and partnerships as a core go-to-market channel. You will work with a collaborative, ambitious team and have the freedom to design and execute a scalable event strategy with visible impact on brand, demand, and pipeline.
The role combines strategic responsibility with hands-on execution and offers significant room to shape processes, formats, and international presence.
Own and drive customer, partner, and internal events, strengthening customer relationships and ensuring a consistent, high-quality event experience.
Expansion of international presence through events, trade shows, webinars, and partner-driven formats
Clear responsibility for lead generation, attribution, and measurable pipeline impact
5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or comparable B2B roles
Experience working with international markets and event formats
Strong understanding of how events connect to the full marketing funnel (awareness → lead → MQL → SQL)
Fluent in German and English
A high degree of autonomy and trust in how you approach your work
Close collaboration with experienced colleagues across marketing, sales, and product

Role Boundary
This is a pre-sales, demand and growth role with a strong marketing and go-to-market focus.
It does not involve customer ownership or post-sale responsibilities.
Start Date
The role is planned to start from April 1st, 2026, or earlier by mutual agreement, aligned with the event and marketing roadmap for 2026.
