Office Manager – Onsite (m/f/d)

Our offices are where culture becomes real and as Office Manager, you make that happen every day. You’ll be part of our People & Culture team and keep our Frankfurt office running smoothly, while also supporting our Munich location. From welcoming visitors and new joiners to partnering with vendors and helping teams stay connected, your work creates the environment where people can do their best work — and grow with us.

Your Responsibilities

We're looking for an Office Manager to join us onsite in our Frankfurt office.

• Own daily office operations: supplies, services, routines, and smooth processes.
• Be the face of the office: reception, visitors, calls, deliveries, and a professional front-of-house experience.
• Run meetings & events: logistics, catering, materials, and on-the-day support.
• Support finance admin: track office spend, petty cash, invoice coordination, reporting with Finance.
• Manage vendors & contracts: negotiate where needed, monitor performance, keep relationships strong.
• Help new joiners feel at home: onboarding logistics, desk setup, first-day basics.
• Care for the workplace: cleanliness, safety, inclusion, and support for social initiatives & health & safety procedures.
  
  

Your Profile

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams: you take initiative, coordinate smoothly with stakeholders, and keep things moving.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with event management and vendor negotiation (a strong plus).
• Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Professional discretion when handling confidential information.
