You have the opportunity to work 100% remote within Germany, with occasional travel for team events. Otherwise, our office locations in Halle/ Leipzig, Oldenburg, and Walldorf are accessible at any time for personal interaction and onsite collaboration.

Your mission

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) in our SAP development team, you will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies for SAP software solutions. You will ensure product quality through automated and manual testing across complex SAP landscapes and collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. Beyond your core QA responsibilities, you will drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Acting as a quality ambassador, you will share best practices, mentor colleagues, and help establish a strong quality culture within the organization. Additionally, you will contribute to building scalable test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Your profile

You have proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d) or in a similar role within SAP software development. You possess strong knowledge of SAP modules, integration points, and typical business processes. Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as SAP TAO/TAF, Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or similar is essential. You have a solid understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies, combined with an analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge with peers are key. Experience in performance testing and security testing within SAP environments is a plus.
