Tasks

At paretos, you’ll be part of a creative and dynamic marketing team, bringing ideas to life and making an impact. Your role will be diverse, hands-on, and full of opportunities to shape our brand and events. You will support in following tasks:

• Unleash your creativity: Develop and create engaging social media (LinkedIn) content in both German and English to captivate our B2B audience.
• Be the heart of event planning: Play an essential role in organizing our conferences and dinner events, including:

• Ensure smooth communication with participants.

• Keeping our planning smooth and structured by managing and updating essential lists.

• Bringing fresh ideas to life by researching and coordinating with suppliers (think: food trucks, special venues, and more!).

• Refresh and refine: Update and improve marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations and other promotional assets to keep them sharp and impactful.
• Stay on top of things: Ensure our CRM system is up to date and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and event strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (as we are an international company).

• A natural talent for words and a sharp eye for tone and style.

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks with ease.

• A keen eye for detail combined with a flair for creativity to bring fresh ideas to life.

• Experience with design tools like Canva (or similar) to create/adapt visual content is a plus!
