We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to live that with us. Someone who's deep in AI workflows, builds campaigns with conviction, and doesn't need to be asked twice when it comes to leaving their mark.

Your competencies

Taste. Direction. Execution. You know what a campaign needs to look like before anyone's written the first comment. You have a sharp instinct for visual quality. And the hands-on energy to deliver it yourself. From overarching creative direction down to the final asset.

AI is your tool, not your talking point. Higgsfield, Flora, Runway, Kling, Krea, Topaz Labs – not buzzwords, but daily kit. You know the models, you understand the workflows, you know which tool makes the difference and when.

Campaigns that actually work. You've guided brands across channels: from concept through visual identity to channel-specific execution. Whether it's a brand film, a social campaign or a full branding system.

Concept and execution in one person. You can pitch ideas and export files. You know when something isn't quite there yet. And you'll rewrite it yourself if that's what it takes.

What that means in practice:

• Several years of experience in design or art direction – the exact path matters less than what you've made of it
• Confident with the Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and the usual communication tools
• Strong English – we work with English-speaking colleagues and clients
• German at a solid B1 level or above – our clients like to talk through their projects in German
• Agency experience is a plus – automotive background is a very welcome bonus
