Your mission

• Real estate transactions and financing across all asset classes, including Share Deals and Joint Ventures, as well as project development and special transaction types (NPL transactions, purchases from insolvency, loan-to-own).
• Project-related advice on real estate investments, including commercial lease law.
• M&A transactions, regularly at the intersection of the real estate sector (digitalization, startups, decarbonization).

Your profile

• You have outstanding legal qualifications (totalling at least 18 points)
• You are either starting your career with us or already have some initial professional experience
• You think and act entrepreneurially
• You enjoy working in a team and want to contribute to advancing things together
• taking the initiative and thinking creatively are second nature to you, just as excellent German and good English skills
