Our M&A/Private Equity team provides comprehensive advice on complex national and international transactions (acquisitions and exits, add-on transactions, multi-seller exits of startups closely linked to the Venture Capital team, and more). Our clients include small and mid-cap private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

• You have outstanding legal qualifications (totalling at least 18 points)
