Your mission

You provide advice as part of an integrated team on all aspects of acquisition and external financing within transactions, including acquisition financing for Private Equity transactions, venture debt for start-ups/grown-ups, or real estate financing. You are part of the transaction teams and closely connected to the transactions.

Your profile

• You have outstanding legal qualifications (totalling at least 18 points)
• You already have professional experience
• You are passionate about Finance (acquisition financing, venture debt, and the full range of corporate financing instruments) and want to develop this enthusiasm in independent work
• You think and act entrepreneurially
• You enjoy working in a team and want to advance things together
• taking the initiative and thinking creatively are second nature to you, just as excellent German and English skills

Signing Bonus

At NEON, we value initiative and direct engagement. That's why you’ll receive a € 10,000 signing bonus upon signing your contract if you forego the use of headhunters or other placement agencies.
