Our M&A Teams (Venture Capital, Corporate / M&A, Private Equity, Real Estate) provide comprehensive advice on complex national and international transactions (acquisitions and exits, add-on transactions, multi-seller exits of startups closely linked to the VC team, and more). Our clients include small and mid-cap private equity investors and their portfolio companies.
