Sales & Market Engagement: Support sales cycles by selling and cross-selling AMS offerings, responding to RFPs with differentiated viewpoints, and developing market-relevant assets with a strong focus on AI. Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to refine positioning and offerings.
Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee end-to-end AMS service delivery, identify new market opportunities, expand the AMS portfolio, and evangelize existing offerings. Ensure operational excellence through cost control, process optimization, and meeting profitability and CSAT benchmarks.
