• You take responsibility for planning, steering, and delivering demanding digital and technology projects.
• Smaller projects and sub-projects, especially in IT and digitalization, are managed independently by you.
• In PMO roles or similar, you apply both classical and agile project management methods with confidence.
• From acquisition to completion, you oversee project steering, budget control, and team coordination.
• You continuously expand your expertise in project management and in the processes of the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech industries.

Your profile

• A university degree combined with solid professional experience in consulting, in leading (sub-)projects of small or medium scale, or within a project management office (PMO) forms the basis of your career; alternatively, you bring comparable long-term experience.
• Your expertise includes a strong understanding of business, regulatory, and organizational requirements—particularly in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries or the public sector.
• Both classical and agile project management methodologies are part of your toolkit, and you apply established process management methods and tools with confidence.
• Strong communication skills, excellent German and English (at least C1), diligence, initiative, and a consistent client orientation define your working style.
• An open, positive, and confident manner, paired with the ability to build lasting client relationships, as well as teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and enthusiasm for professional development complete your profile.
