- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies, fostering trust, transparency, and long-term collaboration for shared success.
- Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for partners, understanding their goals and facilitating alignment with MobiLab’s expertise and vision.
- Ensure that partners are well-informed about MobiLab, its offerings, and its value proposition, proactively increasing awareness and engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective engagement with partners.
- Stay informed with industry trends, partner programs, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
- Represent MobiLab in partner meetings, events, and initiatives, fostering an environment of trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
- Support internal teams by facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices from partner ecosystems.
- Monitor and report on partnership activities, providing insights to continuously improve collaboration strategies.

At your core, you are a passionate team player who values collaboration and shared success. You possess the following key qualifications:
- Experience in partner management is a plus, particularly with major technology companies such as Microsoft or Databricks, but a strong interest in partnership development and collaboration is equally valuable.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, especially with management and strategic stakeholders, with a willingness to grow into this responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate seamless collaboration across teams and organizations.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of working independently while also nurturing teamwork.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events as required.
- Fluency in both English and German.
