Job Summary 

One of our leading logistic client is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operations Workers to support inbound and outbound logistics operations. The role involves handling goods receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and other warehouse-related activities to ensure accurate and timely shipment processing. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle inbound operations, including receiving, unloading, inspecting, and sorting incoming shipments. 

• Perform outbound operations, including order picking, packing, labeling, and preparing goods for dispatch. 

• Ensure accurate scanning and recording of shipments using warehouse management systems. 

• Conduct quality checks to verify product condition and quantity accuracy. 

• Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory within the warehouse. 

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners) as required. 

• Assist in stock counts and inventory audits. 

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse. 

• Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations. 

• Support team members and supervisors in achieving daily operational targets.

Requirements 

• Valid industrial truck license (forklift license) – required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory. 

• Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–30 kg]). 

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory processes. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

• Good teamwork and communication skills. 

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required. 

• Warehouse environment with standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. 

• May require shift work, including evenings and weekends.
