(Senior) Software Engineer – Intelligent Device Integration & AI-Enhanced Software (m|f|d)

Help us take our current cutting-edge solution that connects and controlls our industry-leading instrument portfolio to the next level by continuously enhancing and refining it on an exceptionally high standard. You will not only work with AI-assisted development tools — you will also support their practical adoption within the team and apply your expertise to steadily refine our engineering workflows. 

• You will translate architectural visions into robust, scalable code and are a part of our internal agile Software Development Team. 

• You will deliver clean, maintainable, and high‑performance software in an object‑oriented programming language, code generated or assisted by AI – such as RooCode or Codex – and help to integrate AI effectively into our daily workflows.

• You will design and maintain APIs, protocols and data formats that ensure seamless interoperability across systems.  

• You will collaborate closely with fellow developers, offering support and sharing expertise while helping to shape innovative solutions for integrating internal and external systems.  

• You will explore emerging technologies, build new features and continuously improve the functionality of our devices.  

• You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams in an international and dynamic environment – from IT and QA to Marketing and Customer Service.
