Lead change management activities related to the introduction of the new Target Operating Model;
Develop and execute structured change strategies and communication plans, ensuring buy-in and alignment from key stakeholders across the organization globally;
Identify change impacts across people, processes, and systems; proactively manage resistance and risks;
Collaborate with senior leadership, People and Culture, internal communications, and transformation teams to ensure integrated delivery of initiatives;
Design and facilitate workshops, training, and engagement sessions tailored to different audience needs;
Develop and track key change management metrics to measure adoption, readiness, and overall change effectiveness;
Act as a trusted advisor and change champion, supporting leadership in driving behavioral and cultural shifts aligned with strategic goals;
Ensure change activities are inclusive, transparent, and adapted to the cultural and operational context of country organizations and subsidiaries;
Drive clear, consistent, and compelling communication across all change initiatives, ensuring messaging is aligned with organizational values and resonates with diverse global audiences.
