- We are looking for a **Web Analyst ** to join our Web Analytics team and help us measure, model, and optimize marketing performance across channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data engineering and marketing measurement frameworks — turning complex data into actionable insights that drive growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks (attribution, incrementality testing, LTV modeling, cohort analysis).
- Design and implement data models (SQL, Dataform) that support performance analysis across marketing channels and user journeys.
- Build and evaluate attribution models, including rule-based and algorithmic (e.g., Markov chain, Shapley) approaches.
- Analyze the effectiveness and ROI of paid, owned, and earned media, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with channel managers to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and campaign optimization.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio) to visualize marketing KPIs.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources (GA4, GTM, BigQuery, ClickHouse).
You've got
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or media measurement.
- Strong analytical foundation with proven experience in attribution modeling, LTV analysis, and incrementality testing.
- Solid SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling tools (Dataform or similar).
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (GA4) and marketing performance datasets.
- Understanding of statistical and probabilistic modeling (e.g., Markov chains, contribution analysis).
- Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio or similar) and ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect data-driven insights to marketing strategy and ROI.
