Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in German through phone, email, and chat for data-related inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding data services, resolving challenges, and addressing questions

• Collaborate with the data team to ensure effective solutions and timely responses to client inquiries
• Provide feedback to improve service offerings and operational efficiency
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in data services

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to solve problems effectively
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in data or technology sectors, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interest in data services and technology solutions, with a desire to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
