We are looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the performance and reliability of our logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated warehouse equipment, minimizing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on logistics equipment, including conveyors, sorters, automated systems, forklifts, and pallet trucks
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation-related faults, ensuring rapid restoration of equipment functionality
Conduct routine inspections, adjustments, and performance checks to ensure smooth operation of sorting and handling systems
Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and support the analysis of recurring technical issues
Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment performance and reliability
Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Solid knowledge of electromechanics, industrial electrical systems, and automation
Experience with automated logistics systems is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team
Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic, Electrician, or preferably a Mechatronics Technician
Alternatively, a relevant technical vocational training or comparable qualification
Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or automated industrial environment
High level of responsiveness and problem-solving mindset
Structured, precise, and detail-oriented working style
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong analytical thinking skills
Excellent prioritization and time management abilities
Fluent German and good English skills
