Product Manager - Grinding Parts & Wear Protection (m/f/d)

Your mission

• International sales of wear-resistant products and services (PRONAMIC product family), including travel activities
• Strategic development and group-wide positioning of the PRONAMIC product family
• Conducting market, competitive, and technology analyses, as well as identifying new application areas
• Preparation and implementation of business plans, including revenue forecasts and controlling
• Active management and support in the further development of the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle
• Initiation and management of product optimizations as well as technical and cost-related improvement measures
• Interface management between sales, project execution, procurement, technology, production, and customers

Your profile

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical qualification

• Several years of relevant professional experience in sales, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering

• Mandatory experience in product development, technical sales, and welding technology

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Confident handling of MS Office applications

• Willingness to travel internationally

• Strong communication and assertiveness skills, as well as a structured way of working
