Integration Engineer

Position Overview:

This is a vacancy for a remote (Germany) or on-site role at our HQ in Tutzing. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender identity. 

In this role, you will be responsible for working directly with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, implement data integrations using EDI standards like EDIFACT, as well as modern formats like XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs, and lead workshops that help customers get the most value from Lobster’s products.

Ready to make an impact?

You’ll get to take ownership of:

• Leading customer-facing workshops and requirements sessions in English
• Implementing and configuring EDI/integration solutions using Lobster
• Supporting customers throughout project lifecycles, from concept and design through testing and go-live

We’d love to meet someone with:

• Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders
• An EDI background or solid technical background in data integration, interfaces, or similar areas
• English language skills fluent enough to independently lead customer workshops

Ideally, you also bring:

• Experience working with Lobster or a comparable EDI/integration tool
• A background in supply chain EDI (e.g., logistics, retail, manufacturing)
• Previous experience in project-based work or consulting (implementation projects, rollouts, integrations)
