Chief of Staff (m/f/x)

To achieve our ambitious goal, we are currently looking for an oustanding Chief of Staff (m/f/x).

Your mission

As the Chief of Staff, you are the primary engine behind the CEO’s vision and the architect of the company’s internal efficiency. You will operate at the intersection of Strategy and Process Optimization. Your mandate is two-fold: acting as a high-leverage Force Multiplier for the CEO and serving as the Process Optimizer with a prime focus on building and deploying a company-wide "AI Agent" infrastructure to automate high-friction workflows.

Key Focus Areas

1. The Force Multiplier (Strategic Operations)

• Strategic Proxy: Attend high-level meetings; drive alignment across the executive team and ensure follow-through on key decisions.

• Special Projects: Lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives that don't yet have a natural home.

• CEO Throughput: Manage the CEO’s "cognitive load" by triaging priorities, preparing him for critical engagements, and ensuring his time is spent on the highest-leverage tasks.

2. The Process Optimizer (AI & Automation)

• Identification of bottlenecks: Audit every department to identify manual "bottlenecks" within but especially at the intersection of different departments

• AI Agent Deployment: Where feasible replace the identified bottlenecks with autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents.

• Classic process improvement: Drive classic process improvement where the application of AI does not lead to the desired outcomes.     

• Efficiency Metrics: Define and track "Time Saved" and "Throughput Increase" as a result of the process improvements.

Your profile

• Mindset: A "Systems Thinker" who sees a business as a series of interconnected loops that can always be tightened and improved.
• Toolkit: Proficient in AI orchestration frameworks and automation tools. You don't need to be a full-stack developer, but you must be able to architect logic flows and understand API integrations.
• Experience and educational background: 5+ years in high-growth environments (Consulting, VC, Tech Operations) based on your studies in Systems Engineering, Management Science, or an MBA with a technical undergraduate degree.
• EQ: Exceptional interpersonal skills, high-energy, low-ego, and obsessed with "The 1% Improvement."
