We’re looking for an experienced
Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) for Sweden to join us
part-time (25-30 hrs/week) on a
fixed-term contract of 6 months. In this role, you will take full ownership of growing and scaling our influencer and partnership program in Sweden – from identifying the right creators and negotiating collaborations to continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with Swedish influencers and partners while bringing valuable market insights to the wider marketing team. If you enjoy combining relationship-building with data-driven performance marketing, this role is for you. Your responsibilities will include:
- Independently manage and scale the influencer and partnership program for the Swedish market.
- Plan, negotiate, and optimize influencer partnerships with a strong focus on performance and RoAS.
- Provide Sweden-specific nuance to our social media and advertising team.
- Support content creation when needed (e.g., social media copy or campaign messaging).
- Identify additional local partnerships and on-the-ground marketing opportunities in Sweden.
Your profile
- You have a proven track record in performance-driven influencer or partnership marketing, ideally with experience in the Swedish market across instagram and Tiktok.
- You have strong experience in planning, negotiating, and optimizing influencer collaborations to drive measurable results.
- You have a solid understanding of performance marketing and take a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- You are experienced in using Google Sheets for campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- You are personable and relationship-driven, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- You are persistent, proactive, and highly organized, and you are able to manage multiple partnerships effectively.
- You have full professional proficiency in Swedish, and you are also comfortable communicating in English.
- You are based in Berlin or anywhere else in Germany.
