Your mission
As Working Student Enterprise Technology you will take over responsibility for the daily technical environment of the company. Beside the administration, you’ll help us implementing and developing the tech-stack of KAYA. It includes a bright bunch of IT-topics, such as automation, IT Security and Data warehousing, but also support with our website. In this role you have a critical function and the chance to learn and grow fast.Your responsibilities
Enterprise Applications & AdministrationSupport Microsoft 365 administration (e.g., user access, licenses, groups, basic configuration)
Support HubSpot administration (users, permissions, workflows, data hygiene, integrations support)
Hardware & Workplace IT
Manage computer hardware administration (inventory, setup, replacements, lifecycle support)
Provide ad hoc troubleshooting and user support (hardware/software issues, account access, system errors)
Web & Digital Projects
Support web design and development tasks (updates, landing pages, content changes, basic front-end work)
Assist with maintaining web tools and integrations with internal systems
IT Security, Compliance & GDPR
Support IT security activities (access control, secure configuration, endpoint hygiene, awareness measures)
Assist with IT compliance & GDPR-related tasks, including documentation, controls, and basic audits
Automation & Smart Enablement
Contribute to automation initiatives using AI tools and/or programming (e.g., scripts, workflows, integrations)
Data & Analytics Enablement
Support dynamic dashboard development (requirements gathering, data validation, visualization improvements)
Assist with building up data warehousing and hosting support (basic monitoring, access management, data pipelines support)
Your profile
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Microsoft 365 admin tools (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience with hardware support
Strong communication skills—able to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues
Ideally, you have experience with one or more: HubSpot, scripting, automation tools, dashboard tools and data basics, web development and/or IT security
Willingness to commit to a 16-hours-week
