Senior Director, Analyst - Strategic Innovation Insights

We are seeking a visionary leader in innovation and emerging technologies to drive strategic insights for enterprise IT organizations. This role combines deep analytical expertise with hands-on experience in leveraging AI and emerging tech to improve innovation pipelines and outcomes. You will produce high-impact insights, advise C-level clients, and help organizations turn strategic priorities into actionable programs. The position requires thought leadership, research excellence, and the ability to mentor and influence teams globally. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and balances rigorous analysis with practical, technology-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Accountabilities:

• Produce actionable, thought-provoking insights for enterprise IT and technology leaders to drive strategic innovation.
• Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and organizational innovation practices to provide guidance and recommendations.
• Advise clients via in-person meetings, virtual consultations, conferences, and workshops, translating complex challenges into clear strategies.
• Contribute to the development of high-value content, including reports, presentations, and industry analyses.
• Support sales and business development initiatives by serving as a market and innovation subject matter expert.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance research environment.
• Build credibility as an industry thought leader through active participation in research discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience at the intersection of technology and business, with strong understanding of enterprise IT, governance, and infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in emerging technologies, including AI, autonomous systems, digital sovereignty, and cybersecurity challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and tech tools to optimize innovation processes and outcomes.
• Proven experience in consulting, service provider, or technology vendor environments advising C-level executives.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in mentoring, team development, and fostering cross-functional collaboration in global, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
