We are currently looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager in Germany.This role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence at a fast-growing B2B marketplace platform, ensuring that supply, demand, and internal workflows scale efficiently as the business expands. As a Marketplace Operations Manager, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to analyze key metrics, remove bottlenecks, and improve supplier and customer onboarding processes. You will be responsible for defining scalable operational playbooks, supporting expansion into new regions or verticals, and enhancing overall marketplace performance. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a structured mindset, and experience managing cross-functional projects in dynamic, high-growth environments. You will have autonomy to make impactful decisions while collaborating with teams across Europe in a remote-first setup. With periodic in-person meetups, you will also contribute to fostering a strong team culture and continuous operational improvement.
Accountabilities:
