Head of Product (Remote from Germany)

We are currently looking for a Head of Product in Germany.In this senior leadership role, you will define and drive product strategy across a cutting-edge blockchain platform powering next-generation decentralized applications. You will lead a high-impact product team, shaping vision, priorities, and execution in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. Working closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams, you will translate market insights and user needs into outcome-driven roadmaps and scalable solutions. You will operate at the executive level, making strategic trade-offs and owning business-critical decisions. This role offers the opportunity to influence company-wide direction while building products that enable global adoption of modular blockchain technology. You will play a central role in scaling innovative infrastructure that supports diverse and demanding use cases.

Accountabilities:

Own and execute product strategy and prioritization across the full product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives

Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Team, setting clear direction, accountability frameworks, and performance standards

Establish rigorous user research and feedback processes, including ICP definition, user interviews, journey mapping, and acquisition tracking

Shift roadmaps toward outcome-driven planning with measurable milestones, KPIs, and documented assumptions

Continuously assess competitive dynamics through market research and win/loss analysis to refine positioning and differentiation

Partner with business development and marketing teams to craft compelling product narratives, pitches, and external materials

Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to drive execution while balancing technical constraints and user value

Represent product leadership at the executive level and contribute to broader company strategy and decision-making

Requirements:

7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in senior leadership roles

Proven success building, scaling, and leading product organizations in high-growth technology environments

Deep expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven product strategy

Strong experience defining product roadmaps, KPIs, prioritization frameworks, and accountability systems

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive and cross-functional levels

Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering teams on technically complex products

Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto infrastructure, and web3 product ecosystems

Strategic mindset, high ownership, and comfort making complex trade-offs in fast-moving environments
