About the role:
As a Business Development Manager (Germany), you are the commercial engine behind ITQ’s growth in the DACH region. You will focus on building and expanding our footprint within the German enterprise market, helping organizations accelerate their digital transformation with VMware, Microsoft, and multi-cloud solutions.
You understand how modern IT landscapes evolve, and how technologies like VMware, Microsoft, and multi-cloud solutions can help customers achieve transformation and resilience. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical experts, marketing, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions that truly make an impact.
Your core activities will include:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the enterprise and upper mid-market segment.
Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Translating customer challenges into concrete, value-driven ITQ propositions.
Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Collaborating with technical specialists to develop proposals, quotes, and strategic account plans.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine ITQ’s commercial strategy.
Representing ITQ at events, conferences, and networking sessions to strengthen our brand presence.
Who you are
You are a relationship-driven sales professional with strong communication and negotiation skills.
You have experience in IT services, solution selling, or business development within the German technology landscape.
You understand the value of VMware, AWS, Google and multi-cloud environments and can connect these technologies to business outcomes.
You are fluent in German and English, and comfortable engaging with enterprise-level clients.
You thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and ownership are key.
