This role is offered as a one-year fixed term contract.

HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Driving high-quality knowledge content. You support a global consulting organization by ensuring that project, pitch, and practice content is captured, structured, and maintained with high quality and compliance. Your work enables reliable and reusable knowledge across the business.

Supporting consistent content capture. You collaborate closely with project teams to ensure smooth knowledge handovers and transparent content flows. By guiding teams and applying clear standards, you help make knowledge accessible and actionable.

Ensuring quality and compliance. You sanitize and prepare content to meet confidentiality and compliance requirements. Through structured tagging, categorization, and metadata application, you ensure content is easy to find and reuse.

Leveraging tools and improving processes. You use AI-assisted tools while continuously identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and content discoverability.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You hold a degree in information management, business, or a comparable field, along with one to three years of experience in content or knowledge management, ideally in a professional or consulting environment.

You bring a solid understanding of structured content, metadata, and taxonomy concepts, and you are comfortable working with defined standards and quality requirements.

You have a strong digital affinity and are confident using modern tools, including AI-supported content management solutions. Experience with SharePoint-based environments or similar platforms is an advantage.

You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way, ensuring high accuracy and consistency in everything you deliver.

You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, supporting alignment across teams and functions.

You show ownership and initiative, are eager to learn, and thrive in an international environment with strong business communication skills in English.
