We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on Operations Support team member to join our on-site operations team in Berlin. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational activities, ranging from logistics and inventory handling to administrative documentation. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, takes ownership of their tasks, and maintains high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
This role is centered on the execution and coordination of core operational processes. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end product handling workflows, ensuring operational accuracy across logistics and inventory activities, and maintaining structured, reliable documentation to support daily operations and internal controls.
Supporting daily inbound and outbound shipment activities
Preparing, packing, labeling, and organizing products for dispatch
Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock updates and discrepancy checks
Executing administrative tasks using Excel and other basic computer tools
Managing checklists and operational documentation with precision
Ensuring all operational and office areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained
Collaborating with the Operations Manager to support routine coordination tasks
At least one year of relevant operations-related experience, such as logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, warehouse operations, or operational administration
Strong organizational abilities and excellent attention to detail
Hands-on working style with the ability to perform physical tasks when required
Ability to work independently and follow clearly structured routines
Basic administrative competence and proficiency in Excel and general computer use
Strong communication skills in English and German B1+
