Planning and Scheduling Manager

Your mission

• Build the planning arm of the company and manage work winning activities
• Create, update and manage baseline and detailed schedules 
• Analyse schedule performance and identify risks or delays
• Leverage Primavera P6 to forecast timelines, track and manage blue-collar workforce performance
• Collaborate with project managers, construction supervisors, and trades to ensure alignment and efficient execution
• Implement and monitor project control processes to maintain programme integrity
• Report on progress, variances and recovery plans to senior stakeholders
• Plan projects end-to-end, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and scheduling for international assignments
• Prepare compelling proposals for exciting global ventures
• Independently execute assigned work packages in planning, work preparation, material management, scheduling, qualification, and installation coordination

Your profile

• Technical education in mechanical or plant engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in schedule analysis, project control and project management
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project 
• Fluent in English, min. B2 German
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork orientation
• Precise and reliable work style
• Previous exposure to construction, data centre, pharmaceutical or energy projects is an advantage
