We are looking for a
Senior Sales Development Representative (DACH) (m/f/d) to help us accelerate growth in one of our key markets. This is not a traditional SDR role focused only on volume activity. We are looking for someone who combines strong execution with strategic thinking, knows how to engage modern B2B buyers, and wants to play an active role in shaping pipeline generation across inbound, outbound, and field activities.
What can you expect?
Pipeline Creation & Lead Qualification- Own and drive qualified pipeline creation across the DACH market
- Engage and qualify inbound leads with speed, quality, and strong commercial judgment
- Proactively identify and approach target accounts through outbound prospecting
Outbound & Account Engagement- Build multi-threaded outreach strategies across stakeholders and buying committees
- Establish early relationships and generate relevant conversations with decision-makers
Sales Collaboration & Conversion- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure high-quality handovers
- Contribute to strong conversion from leads to qualified pipeline
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Feedback- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to improve messaging, campaigns, and targeting
- Bring market feedback and ideas into the continuous improvement of the SDR motion
Events & Market Presence- Represent IntegrityNext at events, trade shows, and in-person prospect interactions
- Leverage events to drive pipeline generation and lead qualification
Process Excellence & Tooling- Use CRM and sequencing tools consistently and professionally for outreach and reporting
- Ensure data quality and process excellence across the SDR funnel
What should you bring along?
Experience & Domain Focus- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, ideally in an SDR, BDR, or similar pipeline generation role
- Experience engaging and qualifying prospects across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and sequencing tools
Technical / Methodological Skills- Proven ability to engage prospects professionally via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong qualification skills and solid commercial judgment
- Structured approach to managing outreach, pipeline, and CRM data
Ways of Working & Mindset- Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Thinks strategically about accounts, outreach, and conversion, beyond just working through lists
- High level of ownership, curiosity, and execution focus
Communication & Collaboration- Confident communicator in German and English, French is a nice-to-have
- Professional and confident in prospect interactions
- Willingness to participate in events and engage beyond desk-based prospecting
